🌸 Meet Our New Rector – Rev. Alice Githinji

Rev. Alice was ordained in Kenya in October 2012 and brings with her many years of faithful ministry, compassion, and dedication to serving God’s people.

 She is married and the mother of four children — three daughters and one son. It is her fervent hope that her family will soon be able to join her in Canada, and she humbly asks for the prayers of our parishioners that this joyful reunion may happen sooner rather than later.

 Rev. Alice arrived in Canada in June 2024 and served as a part-time Children’s Minister at Christ Church Cathedral in Montreal. In January 2025, she began working as a full-time daycare educator. These experiences reflect her deep love for children and youth ministry, which remains one of her greatest passions.

📖 As Rector, Rev. Alice hopes to articulate, preach, teach, and be guided by the vision and mission of the Church in ways that remain firmly Gospel-centered.

 In her free time, Rev. Alice enjoys: Swimming, reading books, listening to Christian music and spending time with friends. 🌷 She is very thankful for the kindness and hospitality she has already received and deeply appreciates all those who have made her feel so welcome in our Parish community.
